What is Therapy?
This is a safe place to discover, express, and process through your feelings. We will be looking at areas where you may be stuck in life. It’s a place to talk about pains and losses and fears, but it’s also a place to focus on goals and celebrate accomplishments.
I’m here to offer feedback and support. What I’m listening for and working with you towards is how to foster healthy and adaptive ways of looking at yourself, other people, and the world.
It's normal to have some anxiety about beginning therapy. But there is nothing that you can’t talk about in therapy, up to and including being anxious about therapy itself.
